Terms Of Service

read before requsting a commision

If you are NOT comfortable with the T.O.S and you are not going to agree to them, This might not be the service you’re looking for.

General Info

•  You are only purchasing the service and the digital file. Not printed art, unless we agree otherwise.

• I will not sell your commission unless it was agreed otherwise.

• I can use your commission to advertise my work on social media like Instagram, Art Station and add it to my portfolio etc. But always with proper credit to you!

• I will send you the full resolution file, but my Signature will remain on it somewhere small.

• I reserve the rights of canceling/declining your order If I don’t feel comfortable drawing it or you have been proved troublesome in any way.

• Do not ask me to draw in a different style or copy other artists. If you commission me, it’s because you like my work, not because your favorite artist is busy.

• I may use photo bashing or 3D on my commissions if I see fit at my own discretion.

• By purchasing any of my services you are automatically accepting my terms of service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won’t harm any of these rules.

Violators will be added to my blacklist without any warnings.
Either temporary or permanent.

Ordering and Payment

You will be paying in two separate parts.
First: before I start with your commission and second: before you receive the finished product.
(Exception is the Mystery art where you pay everything in advance.)

•  The starting fee is written under every commission description and already includes a varied number of work hours.

•  I charge 25.61 € per hour for every additional hour that takes me to finish your commission.

•  After reviewing your request, I will reply with calculated price range information and answer any questions you may have.

•  I only accept payment in EUR (€).

•  When counting hours, I use software that only counts the time I spend working in photoshop, that means you will not be paying for my brakes, when my pen stops moving or when I’m not working in photoshop.

•  You have the right to ask for screenshots of the commission timer ONLY if you request them in your first email. I will gladly provide every proof I have to ensure I worked on your artwork for the number of hours that you will be paying for, but you need to communicate it at the start.

•  Before I send you the high-quality file you need to pay the rest of the price which will be possible after I send you the second invoice. I will let you know exactly how much, when you confirm the finished artwork.

•  If the hours are about to exceed the price range that I set at the beginning, I will warn you about it so you can decide what to do next.

•  Payments must be made within 72 hours after we agree on the price unless otherwise stated. If payment is not made in a timely manner, I will consider you a timewaster and blacklist you.

•  If you can’t pay the starting fee in time, I can put your commission on hold until the time we have agreed on. If I don’t receive a response from you by then, I will cancel your commission.

Changes In Your Commission

•  I take commission and timing seriously and will not charge for my own mistakes however, I will count the time for any requested fixes, changes or miscommunication from your side.

•  There is no limit to how many changes you request, just keep in mind they will be included in the end price and may result in a delay.

•  The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.

Commission Workflow

•  After sending me the email, I will review it, ask for more details if needed and answer any of

•  Your question(s). I will also include the price range that you can expect based on your request.

•  After finding the common ground, I will then send you the first invoice.

•  When the first part is behind us, and I finally start working on your commission, what can you expect?

Step 1 or Sketch stage

I’ll sketch a few ideas with black and white values or simply with lines depending on the project, then show them to you so you can choose and/or tweak one to your liking.

Step 2 or Color stage

Here I will add a few color variations to the thumbnail of your choosing.

Step 3 or Details

After everything is approved by you, I then start refining the artwork, adding details to characters and background… It is the most time-consuming part and for that reason it is now up to you to request any work in progress pictures. I will only contact you in case I need your opinion on the artwork in progress.

Step 4 or Final touches

I will send you the low-quality artwork with a watermark so you can confirm or choose to make any small changes.

Step 5 or paying and receiving the file.

After you pay the remaining hours I spent on your commission, you will receive a signed digital file via WeTransfer by email to not compress the quality.

Once the commission is finished, no more changes or edits can be made.

Refund Rules

•  Mystery commissions are not refundable at any given point and cannot be canceled after being paid.

•  If you cancel your commission before I move on from the Sketch stage, I offer 100% refund without the sketch.

•  After we move on from Color stage, no refund can be issued but I will send you the high-quality file if no additional hours are spent on your commission. If the hours already exceeded your starting fee, you will be asked to pay for the remaining hours to receive the high-quality file. If you refuse to pay for the extra hours, I have already worked for you, you will receive nothing and will be blacklisted without warning.

•  If you already paid the starting fee and I get no reply from you after I start working, you will not be refunded as you will be paying for the time I wasted.

•  You are obligated to pay for the time I spent working for you, if not I have the right to cancel the project. You will be permanently blacklisted.

Deadline

•  You may set a deadline if you wish but it must be reasonable. The maximum time I need to finish a digital commission could take from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on how busy I am and the difficulty of the commission.

•  If you need your finished piece quickly and wish for your commission to be PRIORITY, there will be an option to purchase a rush fee depending on how fast you want it to be done.

Work Speed

•  I will try to finish your Commission as fast as I can, however, please be patient with me.

•  I will try to finish your commission between 2 weeks to 2 months, but it may take longer depending on how busy I am.

•  I also need more time If I have any other commissions to do before yours.

•  The maximum you’ll have to wait for your commission is 4-5 months. (in the worst case, which is not the usual but it may happen.)

•  I tend to work when I feel most motivated so that your commission is done properly and with the best effort.

•  I’ll always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art.

•  The time of delivery is also based on active buyer responses to my inquiries, delay may arise if not.

Communication

•  I am not in charge of sending WIPs unless asked for or I feel the need to.

•  Rude/disrespectful/abusive commissioners will have their commission immediately canceled and will have to pay for the work done so far.

•  I expect you to be polite and kind when you’re ordering a Commission! I’ll be polite and kind as well!

•  If you would like to see a WIP of your commission, please don’t hesitate to ask.

•  There is no limit per order for extra WIPs. But please consider that it costs me extra time to pause work and wait for your feedback… so please don’t ask for 100+ WIPs.

•  The sketch phase is your chance to tell me what you want changed: expressions, details, pose, etc. Please don’t be shy if something really doesn’t sit well with you. I do my best to capture your wishes but sometimes I do make mistakes, especially if it wasn’t clear from the description.

•  When you are provided with WIP. Your commission is automatically on hold until I receive your feedback, if there is no reply from you for more than 1 week, I will consider dropping your commission unless you have a valid reason.

By commissioning me, it means you have read and accepted all the terms above.
